研究者からの一言アピール
リハビリテーションにおいて関節の動きが悪くなる関節拘縮と筋力低下・筋萎縮は非常に困る問題であると考えております.その治療法としてストレッチングやレジスタンストレーニング(筋力トレーニング)が行われておりますが,どのような方法・時間・強度などが良いのか?については十分わかっていません. 我々は,最適かつ効果的な理学療法・トレーニングを確立するためにストレッチングやレジスタンストレーニングに関する研究を行っております.その中で主に超音波画像診断装置や筋力測定装置を用いて評価を行っております. また,最近では新しい物理療法としてfoam rollerや高周波温熱機器など,理学療法を発展させる機器や道具の開発が盛んになされております.これらの効果を理学療法に応用できるうような研究を行っております. これまで行われてきたストレッチやトレーニングについての再検討と新しいものにチャレンジすることで,更に効果的な理学療法を構築することを夢に研究を進めております.新しいチャレンジや研究をしてみたい人は,ぜひ,HP(https://nakamura-pt.jp/)をご覧頂き,ご連絡をください. |
